- Oversee daily trucking operations and fleet performance
- Manage dispatch, drivers, and operational staff
- Improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Monitor driver performance, safety, and compliance
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Develop procedures and hold the team accountable for results
Requirements
- Experience in the USA trucking or transportation industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage people, make decisions, and deliver results
- Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations is a plus
- Results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills
