As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Working in close cooperation with hiring managers to ensure candidates’ attraction, smooth recruitment process delivery, candidate selection and continuous improvements within Talent Acquisition area
- Shaping the organization’s future by collaborating with colleagues across the company: from Employer Branding to Compensation and Benefits and other HR colleagues who work together to attract and retain the right talents
- Leading the full recruitment cycle for various business roles within SEB Global Services in Vilnius, ensuring hiring managers use the best practices in their recruitments.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have/are:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition field, preferably working with business roles
- Ability to prioritize work in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent time management skills
- A person with high ethical standards and who loves teamwork
- A person who cares about providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2400 - 3600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
