Job description
- Plan and coordinate trade marketing activities across pet shops, supermarkets and distributor channels.
- Analyze sales results, pricing, competitors and campaign performance; identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Monitor trade marketing budgets and campaign spending.
- Coordinate campaigns from planning and preparation of materials to execution and evaluation of results.
- Work closely with the sales team to plan activities and ensure timely implementation.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations, turning data into actionable insights.
- Cooperate with external partners and suppliers, including promotional material producers.
- Adapt existing marketing materials to different formats using basic design tools.
- Prepare supporting documentation for the Finance team and ensure materials and documents meet campaign requirements and applicable local advertising regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with sales, pricing and budget data.
- Understanding of campaign planning, coordination and performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian market, including promotional material suppliers and local marketing
- Good command of Lithuanian and English.
- Basic knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian would be an advantage.
- Basic skills in Canva, Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator, with the ability to adapt existing materials.
- Good presentation, communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several activities in parallel.
